A Zoom yoga class is a live yoga session conducted online via the Zoom video conferencing platform. It allows you to attend the class from the comfort of your home and connect with me and other participants virtually.
Yes, the Zoom yoga class is beginner-friendly. I will guide you through the poses and provide modifications to accommodate different levels of experience.
Yes, the journey may be physically, emotionally, and mentally challenging. However, I will provide variations for different levels and offer modifications for any injuries or limitations. The class will also include meditation and breathing exercises, which can be emotionally and mentally challenging but ultimately beneficial.
It is recommended that you have a yoga mat, water bottle, yoga blocks, cushion, folded blanket and a yoga strap for the class. These props can help support your practice and make certain poses more accessible.
You should wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid wearing anything too tight or restrictive.
I will provide access to the videos for 2 years through a designated platform. You will receive instructions on how to access the videos after signing up for the journey.
If you can’t attend the live session, you will still have access to the recorded videos for 2 years. You can practice at your own convenience and pace.
Yes, you can ask questions during the Zoom yoga class by typing them in the chat or unmuting yourself and speaking. I will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
It is normal to experience emotional and mental challenges during yoga practice. Remember to breathe deeply and take breaks when needed. You can also reach out for support and guidance. Note: I am not a therapist. I am a yoga therapist.
